Together with the field botanist Jan Albert Šturma, we will walk around the gallery in places where one does not usually go: the railway corridor, the forest, the surroundings of the tram bridge, the vague terrains around the bypass overpasses.

What lives in places that just happen to be? And mind that they are often behind a wall? Some people don't even… The city as a refuge, the city as an island: leaky Ostrava, the industrial steppes.

Don't forget sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing. The walk will last about 90 minutes and will be followed by a guided tour of the exhibition Forest, Garden and Wall, co-curated by Jan Albert Šturma.
